Each funding year, all of the NPIAS (National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems) airports meet with the NH DOT Bureau of Aeronautics to discuss their CIP. New Hampshire participates in FAA's Block Grant Program in which the NHDOT acts as FAA's funding and regulatory arm. The CIP is how the airport intends to use FAA funds earmarked for the improvements of America's eligible airports. The CIP is an ever evolving and changing document as the airport and FAA's priorities change and as funding levels fluctuate from year to year.
